Training is been designed bu Universal Learning System (ULS) to be highly interactive, workshop structured and outcome driven.
In details, during the training mobility, the ULS has focused on three topics, as follows:
a) How to design a teaching vertical modules
HOW: on-site role play activities and discussion group about methodology learned
b) Innovative teaching methodologies (e.g.: project-based learning, cooperative learning, peer teaching, peer tutoring, mentoring, learning by doing, flipped classroom; peer observation; etc.).

c) Overview of pedagogical best practice for what concern the prevention of cyber bullying in a European context
HOW: analysis and evaluation about information collected and future ideas through discussion group.

The main objective: The implementation of first short training event in Dublin was to enable teachers to engage with the latest research findings and identified issues around cyber-bullying phenomenon.

The participants has been encouraged to share in confidence their own experiences, insights and feelings. The nature of bullying and harassment has been explored with clear reference to research findings carried out (IO.1.1) . The legal and ethical dimensions has been outlined. Relationship to disruptive classroom behavior, overt and covert racism, sexual harassment, victimization and targeting will be followed up intensively.

This has produced a clear identification of appropriate tools and measures to eliminate bullying and cyber-bullying behaviors and to enlist and engage the kinds of multi-professional teams required to ensure sustainability of effectiveness. Issues around victim support, counseling and befriending has been identified.

The training addressed to teachers has been delivered in blended way: an e-learning training activity and this short training session in Dublin as final step to the training process planned.
Teachers involved in the short-term joint staff event were teachers who took part in the initial on-line training selected on the basis of language competences, belonging to different teaching areas (such as foreign languages, art, technology, music, graphic and design), involvement in projects concerning Cyber-bullying /Inclusion/Dropping Out/Education to Legality/Health Education or motivated to increase their competences regarding the subject of the project. Each school partner has involved four teachers.

At the end of the mobility, each participant received a Certificate of Attendance signed by the hosting organisation.
